Ans. Allah Exalted the lord of all the worlds authorized Dhul Qarnain to enforce this world order.

Believe in one ALLAH who is

Have faith in the Day of Judgement:

• Who will be a disbeliever(Will not believe in the Oneness of Allah)will be brought back unto his Lord,Who will punish him with a terrible torment.(HELL).
• Who will believe in the Oneness of Allah and works righteousness will have the best reward.(Paradise).

• Punish the disbelievers.
• Will speak unto him(Those who will believe in the Oneness of Allah) mild words(Instructions).
